The book is broken into ten sections covering such topics as sales methodology, sales management, marketing, training/coaching, internet marketing and sales lead management. Don’t expect the authors to agree on every topic. You might even run into conflicting ideas. Remember, there are multiple solutions to problems and sometimes the contrarian viewpoint is the most valuable.
